The AI and SEO-data apps use services like OpenAI and professional SEO data, which charge a little for usage. Real answers and real numbers are worth it, the costs stay visible, and we size them with you before anything turns on.

Questions People Ask Before They Pick One.
Do I need all eight apps?
No. Most clients start with one, usually the AI Assistant or EASEO, and add the next when it makes sense. They're built to work alone and to work together, so nothing you add later has to be wired up from scratch. If you want the whole system set up at once, that's Blu Horizon.
Will they work on my existing WordPress site?
Yes. They're standard WordPress plugins and we've installed them on sites built by other agencies, on all kinds of hosting. Pulse needs WooCommerce. If your site isn't on WordPress, let's talk anyway: moving a site over is often simpler than people expect, and we do it regularly.
Who installs and sets them up?
We do. Installation, the knowledge profile for the Assistant, calendar connections for Good Morning, Search Console for EASEO, Google Analytics for Pulse. You get a short walkthrough and a working app, not a setup guide.
What do the apps cost?
Each app is licensed per site, with updates and support included, and every client's scope is a little different, so we quote it after a quick conversation. The AI and SEO-data apps also use third-party services that bill a small amount for usage, like OpenAI for the Assistant and Speakeasy and professional SEO data for EASEO. We'll show you those numbers up front, and they're usually modest.

Is my data safe with the AI apps?
The Assistant and Speakeasy answer only from the knowledge profile you approve, never from your private data, and anything they can't answer goes to you instead of a guess. API keys live in your site's settings, never in the page or a chat. Honey Badger reads your files and reports; it doesn't change them. And we audit our own plugins for security on a regular schedule.
