Issues, your story and endorsements in plain language, without digging.

    Your field lead follows up

A real person calls back, and a Saturday canvass shift gets booked through Good Morning.

  5. Election Day

AI, used the right way

No Chatbot. On Purpose.

The leading AI providers don’t allow public-facing campaign chatbots or AI-written voter outreach, and we build inside those rules. It also happens to be good politics: a voter deciding who to trust should hear from you, in your words.

What voters get instead

  • A searchable Issues & FAQ hub. Every answer approved by you, word for word.
  • A person on the other end. Questions route to your team in Carma CRM with a follow-up reminder.
  • One-tap scheduling. Coffee with the candidate, canvass shifts and press calls.
  • Email to people who asked for it. Confirmed opt-in lists only, written and approved by your team, with unsubscribes handled and sending set up to reach the inbox.
  • AI kept behind the scenes. Only where providers allow it, like research and internal planning. Never talking to voters.

Hosting & security

Campaign Sites Draw Fire. Yours Has a Guard.

Election season is open season on websites. A hacked or offline site the week before the vote is a headline you don’t want, so security is part of the build, not an add-on.

Weeks 2–3

Website build

Fast, mobile-first pages built SEO-first, so voters find you by name and by office.

Week 5

Scheduling & search

Good Morning goes live and EASEO starts tracking how voters find you.

Week 6

Launch

Questions From Campaign Teams

Why isn’t there an AI chatbot on campaign sites?

The leading AI providers don’t permit public-facing campaign chatbots or AI-written voter outreach, and we build inside those rules. As we read them, that includes bots that only handle tasks like yard sign orders, so those run on simple guided forms instead. Voters get a searchable issues and FAQ hub you approve, and a real person follows up.

Can the site take donations?

It sends donors to the secure donation platform your committee already uses. The website and Carma CRM never process or store card details.

Who owns the supporter list?

You do. Carma CRM runs inside your own WordPress site, so your supporters, volunteers and notes are not sitting in a shared platform.

Do you only work with Chicago campaigns?

Chicago is home, and we know its calendar. We work with campaigns across Cook County and Illinois, from ward and school board races to countywide and suburban offices.

How fast can we launch?

Faster than you’d think. A basic campaign site can be live in about a week, and a starter page or survey in days, as long as your content is ready: photos, bio, positions and your donation link. The full system with CRM, scheduling and search tracking takes about six weeks. Tell us your deadline in the review and we’ll tell you honestly what is possible.

Do you handle compliance and “Paid for by” wording?

We build the place for your disclaimer on every page and your privacy notice. The wording and reporting stay with your treasurer or election counsel. We’re web people, not election lawyers.

What happens after Election Day?

The site is yours. It can become your thank-you page, your runoff site overnight, or the starting point for what comes next.

Can you build a quick survey site?

Yes. A basic survey page can go live in days once your questions are ready: mobile-first, one question at a time, in English, Spanish or Polish, with contact info always optional. Results show up in a simple view, and people who opt in can flow into Carma CRM. The questions and what you do with the answers stay with your team, and we won’t build push polls.

Can you turn our data into charts and maps?

Yes. We build animated, interactive charts and ward maps from public election results, Census figures and your own survey and CRM totals, for your website, a donor deck or your war room. They are aggregate views for planning, not tools for profiling individual voters.

Can you run email campaigns?

Yes, to confirmed opt-in lists: people who signed up on your site, at an event or through a survey and confirmed their address. We never buy or rent lists. Every email is written and approved by your team, not by AI, every message has a working unsubscribe, and we set up sender authentication so your messages reach inboxes. Political email is largely outside CAN-SPAM, but we follow its rules anyway because it protects your list. Disclaimers and filings stay with your treasurer or counsel.

What does it cost?

It depends on the size of the race and what you need. Book a 20-minute campaign review and you’ll leave with a clear plan and real numbers. One note: EASEO’s live search data comes from a licensed search-data provider billed by usage, with a monthly limit agreed up front.
