Let’s talk about the SEO report.
You know the one. Somebody ran an “audit,” and a 94-page PDF showed up in your inbox with a cover page, a pie chart and a general sense of doom. You read page one. You skimmed page two. Then Tuesday happened, and the PDF went wherever PDFs go to retire.
Meanwhile, your website still has pages with no meta description, images with no alt text and at least one page that nothing links to. Google noticed. You didn’t, because nobody told you in plain English.
So we built EASEO. (Say it “easy-oh.” Yes, it’s a pun. Yes, we’re proud of it.)
The official small-business SEO toolkit

If you run a small business, you already have an SEO strategy. It just probably looks like this:
The 94-Page PDF. Thorough, technical and completely unread past page two. Most of it is correct. None of it is prioritized.
The Red-Light Plugin. Forty-seven warnings. Some red, some orange, zero explanation of which ones actually matter.
The Spreadsheet. keywords_FINAL_v7_REAL.xlsx. Last updated in March. Which March, nobody knows.
Your Nephew. He “does SEO.” He’s fifteen. He’s also very busy.
None of these are bad on purpose. They just never answer the one question you actually care about: what should I fix first?
Meet EASEO: SEO, but make it easy
EASEO is a WordPress plugin that scans every page of your site, gives each page a score from 0 to 100 and hands you a to-do list sorted by what helps most. In plain English. Inside the WordPress dashboard you already log into.
No 94-page report. No new platform to learn. Just a score, a list and a big button that says “Run scan.”
How it works: scan, score, fix
Scan. EASEO visits every published page and runs 30+ checks: titles, meta descriptions, headings, image alt text, internal links, broken links, schema, mobile, speed and more. You can watch it happen in real time as pages pop onto a little site map.
Score. Every page gets a score, and your whole site gets a grade. It also breaks things down by area (meta, content, links, media and technical) so you can see exactly where the trouble lives.
Fix. Every issue comes with a short “here’s why it matters” and “here’s how to fix it.” The biggest wins float to the top, so twenty minutes of work actually moves the needle.
Watch the number go up

Here’s the part nobody warns you about: it’s weirdly addictive. You add a few meta descriptions, run the scan again, and the number climbs. You fix the missing H1s, and it climbs again. Every scan is saved, so you get a real progress chart instead of a vague feeling that things are “probably better.”
You can also set EASEO to re-scan automatically every week (or every day, if you’re that kind of person). It keeps watch so small problems don’t quietly turn into big ones.
The AI part (the useful kind)
EASEO has a built-in AI helper powered by OpenAI. Two things make it genuinely useful instead of just shiny:
Ask EASEO. A chat that has actually read your audit. Ask “What should I fix first this week?” or “Which pages are closest to page one?” and it answers with your real pages and your real numbers.
One-click rewrites. For any page, EASEO writes a sharper title, meta description and headline, and shows you exactly how it will look in Google. If you use Rank Math, one click sends it straight there. EASEO saves the old version first, so Undo is always one click away, and nothing changes until you say so.
It knows what Google thinks of you
Connect Google Search Console and EASEO starts spotting things an ordinary audit can’t see:
Almost page one. Pages ranking around #8–20, one good push away from the first page of Google.
Not earning the click. Pages that show up in Google but get far fewer clicks than they should. Usually a title fix.
Top search not in the title. People find the page for one phrase, but the title talks about something else.
Competing with itself. Two of your pages fighting over the same search and splitting Google’s attention.
EASEO also ranks your pages by “fix these first,” weighing each page’s problems against how much real Google traffic it gets. And every change you apply is logged with its Google numbers at the time, so a few weeks later you can see what it actually did.
A week with EASEO
Monday: You click Run scan. Score: 68. EASEO says your biggest win is missing meta descriptions on eleven pages.
Tuesday: You ask EASEO to rewrite them. You tweak two, apply the rest to Rank Math and go get a coffee.
Wednesday: Search Console flags your services page as “almost page one.” EASEO suggests a stronger title and a few internal links. You add them.
Friday: The weekly re-scan comes back: 83. You screenshot it and send it to someone who doesn’t care. That’s fine. You care.
No 94-page PDFs were harmed in the making of this week.
Who EASEO is for (and who it isn’t)
EASEO is for small businesses, marketers and agencies running WordPress sites who want clear answers, not another dashboard full of acronyms. It fits especially well if you already use Rank Math.
It isn’t trying to be a giant enterprise suite that tracks 10,000 keywords and crawls backlinks across half the internet. If you need that, you probably already have it (and a team to read it). EASEO does the part most websites actually need: find the problems, fix the right ones first and prove it worked.
Better with friends
EASEO helps people find your website. Our other tools make sure they don’t leave empty-handed:
Xblu AI Assistant™ talks with visitors 24/7, answers their questions and turns interest into real conversations.
Carma CRM™ makes sure every lead gets followed up, with a very good dog supervising.
Get found. Start the conversation. Never lose a lead.
